Christmas Week: $200 per night / $1050 per week

New Year’s Week: $200 per night / $1050 per week

$50.00 Maid Service Fee (per stay) Deposit: One half up front Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance will forfeit $20.00 per night. 29 to 15 days you will lose half of deposit. 14 days or less you will lose your deposit. No Pets are allowed. Rates are subject to change.
