The Old Gwaltney
Place was built around 1909 and is one of the oldest homes in the
Beech Mountain/ Banner Elk area. The house has three bedrooms, and
is beautifully furnished with antiques. An added treat is the
fireplace located in the living room.

 The Old Gwaltney Place is as beautiful outside as it is on the inside! It is surrounded by
12 ft. high rhododendrons and is located next to a twenty acre Fraser Fir Christmas tree
farm. The property also includes a horse pasture which can accommodate 4 horses, and is
just a short 1 mile walk into town, where you can find great shopping and dining.
The Old Gwaltney Place vacation rental offers a
